Acceptance Procedure

World Sports Betting reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested.

We only accept bets made online or by telephone at World Sports Betting. Bets are not accepted in any other form (sms, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be void - win or lose, unless provision with the bookmaker has been made, prior to the outcome of the event.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer.

For telephone bets 'acceptance confirmed' will be deemed only after an operator has completed a full read back of the bet details and confirmed to the customer that the bet has been processed.

PROCEDURE FOR PLACING A BET
It is recommended that customers make a written record of their intended bets before calling World Sports Betting. This will make reading your bets to the Tele-Consultant (“Consultant”) easier.
Before placing your bets, you will be required to state your Account number and PIN/CODE to the Consultant for verification purposes. The Consultant will then advise you of the current balance in your account.
If you are satisfied that the balance stated by the Consultant is correct, proceed to place your bets. We request that you call all bets to the Consultant providing the following information in full (NO ABBREVIATIONS):

a) HORSE RACING - TRACK (VENUE), RACE NO, AMOUNT OF BET IN RANDS OR THE NUMBER OF TIMES THE BET IS REQUIRED, BET TYPE, SELECTION OF THE HORSE(S) BY USING ITS/THEIR NO(S); and

b) SPORTS – TOURNAMENT NAME, SELECTION OF OUTCOMES(S) PER MATCH/EVENT AND AMOUNT OF THE BET IN RANDS.

The Consultant will call your bets back to you (CALLBACK) for confirmation. Please listen carefully to the CALLBACK by the Consultant as this constitutes the final transaction confirmation.
NB. The bets called back by the Consultant and confirmed during the CALLBACK will be recorded against your WSB Account (“Account”).
Only these bets will qualify for a result and/or a payout (If they are winning bets).

The Consultant will then give you your new balance at the end of each transaction.
Bets can only be placed against funds available in the customer’s Account, unless a credit facility has been arranged beforehand.

The 'To Win' calculation is for information only and all bets will be calculated using the stake/risk at the odds accepted. In multiple bets/parlays with a void selection(s) the 'To Win' figure is reduced accordingly.

Should a dispute arise, you and World Sports Betting agree that the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

World Sports Betting reserves the right to suspend a market at anytime. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. World Sports Betting also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

Bets are processed in the order they are received.

World Sports Betting reserves the right to close, limit or suspend a customer's account, this includes the right, in its unfettered discretion, to lock any accounts, void any winnings and confiscate account balance should the deposit/s prove to be fraudulent or that a charge back from merchant is received.

No credit will be offered by any employee of World Sports Betting, unless provision has been made by the bookmaker and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. World Sports Betting reserves the right to void any bet which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform World Sports Betting without delay. World Sports Betting will recover such funds by account adjustment.

All winnings will be credited to the customer account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and World Sports Betting reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

World Sports Betting shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with World Sports Betting's website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

Should a customer include a Non-Runner or void selection in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

Cash bets shall be deemed to have been concluded once a World Sports Betting has issued a ticket to the customer in exchange for monetary value.

Credit or deposit bets shall be deemed to have been concluded by World Sports Betting when a World Sports Betting has indicated to the customer that the bets have been accepted.
