All betting transactions between World Sports Betting and a customer or another bookmaker shall be strictly private and shall not be divulged to any third party other than an appointed officer, an inspector appointed in terms of the relevant legislation, a police official as defined in section 1 of the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977 (Act No. 51 of 1977), or a person specially authorised thereto in terms of any legislation, where this is done in terms of an order of a competent court or where the customer has consented thereto.
